docs(readme): drop bare agent count and framework name from prose - #15

Line 12 stated a specific agent count in prose; the count is only accurate where it quotes the manifest, which line 48 already does and which is left untouched. Line 173 named the superseded framework; the disclaimer that those docs are history is kept, the name is not.
