Phases 0-4 are on main; Phase 4 (Parallel Planning Sprint) shipped this session. Status doc records the roadmap position, key Phase 4 design facts (ENABLE_PHASE4 default-on, fan-out/fan-in/gate shape, kind discriminator, load_snapshot gate detection), and tracked follow-ups. Next: Phase 6 specialist agents (now unblocked by the Phase 4 plan artifacts).
