Keep local packages on Git even when a Release channel preference was saved, and pause Release actions when an existing local registry cannot be loaded. Hide Release switching for Local cards while preserving normal Git updates. Refs #111
Keep certified public packages on Release and direct users who want branch-based Git updates to local registry overrides. Retain legacy and rollback-created keep-Git safety holds so a restored checkout is not immediately migrated back to the same release. Refs #111
Record the approved branch publication and the absence of applicable branch-push workflow triggers. Refs #111
Record the reporter's confirmation that restart and browser refresh restored the Local registry action, and update the final maintenance state. Refs #117
Keep Local overrides over Release-managed folders non-updateable until verified Rollback or remove/reinstall provides a real Git checkout. Align the current product policy with the Local override channel model. Refs #111
