Three doc references point at paths that do not exist. The router README link to
docs/request-parking.mdhas one../too many, and the autoscaled-workerpool README points Prometheus atmanifests/ate-install/monitoring/prometheus.yamlinstead of the realmanifests/ate-install/kind/prometheus.yaml. Also fixes "embargos" to "embargoes" in SECURITY.md.
