kubectl ate top workersandkubectl ate pause actorboth ship in the CLI but are missing from its README, and the get-workers section points at "the same flags as `top workers`", a command the README never introduces. TheASSIGNED ACTORcolumn is also stale: it gained an atespace segment in #588, so the printer emits four segments where the README documents three.Tested with
go run ./cmd/kubectl-ate top workers --helpandpause actor --helpfor the flags, and againstprinter.gofor the column format.
