…lint 8, typescript 6, vitest 4, better-sqlite3 13 - eslint.config.js replaces .eslintrc.json (eslint 10 dropped legacy config); no-undef off for TS files, fixed 14 new-rule violations - tsconfig ignoreDeprecations 6.0 (tsup injects baseUrl during dts builds) - typescript capped at ^6.0.3: typescript-eslint 8 supports <6.1 only - CI matrix 18/20 -> 20/22 (eslint 10, vitest 4, ts 6 need node >=20; 18 is EOL) Supersedes dependabot #140/#142/#144/#132/#146; #133 (ts 7) blocked on typescript-eslint support.
