The homepage buried its primary tutorial link below the first desktop viewport, placed the book before the architecture, and presented tool enforcement and delegation as a single mandatory chain. This revision leads with the reader's task, exposes three starting paths, and draws the tool, runtime, denial, delegation, and evidence boundaries explicitly.
The cMCP quickstart now states the software-mode result up front, pins its runtime version, provides step links and troubleshooting, and removes claims that the mock example stops a real Salesforce leak or provides host isolation. Demos, telemetry, and registry instructions gain environment setup and expected results; telemetry starts with a complete example instead of an undefined variable. Homepage sections use real headings and a main landmark.
Validation: all five GitHub checks passed on 7c52152: gate, generated-section, style, links, and quickstart. The quickstart check executes the published Bash blocks, requires 403 POLICY_DENY, confirms all six software checks pass, and requires the expected partially_verified exit 1. The link check covers 39 HTML pages and 584 local links/assets, unique IDs, and JSON-LD. Local marketplace rendering guards and WCM checks also passed. The telemetry and registry examples returned their documented results.
Post-deployment verification: GitHub Pages and all post-merge workflows passed at d5aa566. The live homepage's primary action is visible at 390 x 844; the architecture renders on mobile and at 1440 x 900. The primary tutorial link, simulated denial preview, and configuration step link work. Mobile homepage and tutorial checks found no horizontal page overflow; wide code blocks scroll within their containers.
Limitations: localhost previews were blocked, so visual checks were performed after deployment. No analytics evidence is available to claim a bounce-rate improvement. This change covers the hub and its tutorial entry points, not every page on the separate specification subdomains.
