Akkuea makes rental income from real estate investable in smaller, transparent pieces. An allied real estate agency issues a tokenized right to a share of a specific property's rental income. Investors buy in at whatever size they choose, hold their position in their own Stellar wallet, and receive a pro rata share of each monthly distribution, with an on chain record of what was collected and paid out.
The current pilot is intentionally narrow in scope: a non transferable revenue participation token, not fractional equity or title. Income evidence is human reviewed and referenced on chain as a link plus a cryptographic hash, so the product is honestly described as verifiable and auditable rather than fully trustless. Alongside the pilot, the repository also hosts a larger platform build: a fractional property tokenization contract, a collateralized DeFi lending protocol, a KYC compliance engine, and Akkuea Land, an on chain game that lets anyone feel the buy property, earn income, claim income loop before real capital is involved.
- Tokenized rental income through a payout split contract on Stellar, with transparent fees and on chain distribution records
- A collateralized DeFi lending protocol, with oracle backed asset valuation and automated liquidation
- Wallet based authentication and compliance, including role gated access and an on chain audit trail
- Akkuea Land, a playable, fully on chain companion that mirrors the pilot's real economics
Built on Stellar and Soroban, with a modern application stack spanning Next.js, TypeScript, and Rust.
We are building in the open and welcome anyone curious about real world asset tokenization, DeFi on Stellar, or contributing code. The best place to follow progress, ask questions, and talk with the team is our Telegram group.
