Closing this component-only CodeQL update because exact-head CodeQL failed deterministically: init wrote configuration for 4.37.9 while analyze still ran 4.37.1 ('Loaded a configuration file for version 4.37.9, but running version 4.37.1'). The repository will update init, analyze, and upload-sarif atomically to the same verified commit.
