…ow-ups State-spine: finding 7 closed by ADFA-5150 (Connect/Send read the system fact and offer Recover), S5' is no longer a dead end (ADFA-5147), finding 2 flagged as the release blocker, and the closed list + date updated. Roadmap: the clone-reopen-on-fork item marked done (ADFA-5152), plus a new "Session 15 Aug" section recording what landed (5143/5147/5150/5151/5152/5154/ 5157/5155; 5158 in flight) and three follow-ups worth a ticket — a shared poll/ready utility, the heartbeat (not start-timer) shape for ADFA-5146, and generalizing the peer-IP detection.
