The native setup command from #219 is merged, but Omarchy cannot install it from the existing Router 1.0.0 archives. Prepare Router 1.1.0 so the plugin can pin a released binary.
This updates the Rust workspace and lockfile versions, records the release notes and changelog, and makes both Linux archive smoke tests require setup schema 1. It adds no further runtime behavior.
Local validation: locked CLI compilation, packaging-policy tests and diff checks passed. CI will build and smoke both native Linux architectures. Release notes distinguish controlled setup/gateway tests from still-pending live OpenAI, desktop keyring/login and XPS acceptance.
After this is merged, tag router-v1.1.0 on the merged commit, let the release workflow create its draft and verified archives, then publish it and update asdecided/omarchy-wayfinder#23 with those exact checksum pins.
