For safe startup behavior in studio environments, the Audient iD4 MKII and iD14 MKII audio interfaces do not retain their volume settings after power-off. As a result, a simple utility was created with direct control via parameters, whose primary purpose is to control the master and headphone volumes, for example setting the volume level immediately after Windows startup.
Originally created for my own use to simplify volume control and prolong the life of the rotary encoder.
If you're experiencing issues with the rotary encoder, you can replace it yourself with an EC11E 30/15 20mm pushbutton encoder.
