Implements AP34-PR5 in the predecessor repository.
Tests and evidence
Documentation-only change; no local build or test command was run. The repository GitNexus change detector was unavailable in this environment, so the exact staged diff was inspected as the bounded fallback: README.md plus docs/PREDECESSOR_MIGRATION_LEDGER.md only, with no symbol or executable-path changes.
Evidence is the cited predecessor source, current AP-SPEC-029 contract, current auths-author and auths-custody ownership, naming Issue auths-dev/auths-proof#54, and custody deferral Issue auths-dev/auths-proof#59.
Affected claims
This repository is an experimental predecessor and is not current Auths v1 production or custody evidence. Current Auths supersedes it while retaining auths-proof as the temporary current repository coordinate.
Exclusions
No repository archive or rename, package yank or deletion, code migration, release, publication, key migration, native binary distribution, or security claim is authorized or performed.
Remaining gates
The current repository must merge AP34-PR1 through AP34-PR4, the auths.dev content owner must complete AP34-PR6, and every deferred custody provider remains subject to AP-SPEC-029 Phase 11 implementation, packaging, recovery, and security-review gates.
