Description of changes:
In README.md, update the �ws-cryptographic-material-providers Maven dependency version from 3.0.2 (which does not exist on Maven Central) to 1.7.0 (matching the version defined in pom.xml). Also update the optional �ws-java-sdk artifact version from 3.0.2 to 1.12.394 (matching the Gradle Kotlin example).
