• join frozen observations by canonical URI while retaining host source IDs as attribution metadata
• migrate existing empty/sparse HTML windows on read and classify absence as evidence-window incomplete
• remove credential-word path blocking while keeping query parameters default-deny
• keep ordinals and generated/date furniture out of the undeclared-numerics gate
• release as v0.1.0a13

• 57/57 acquisitions replayed from snapshots
• 0 snapshot_identity_mismatch results (previously 50/56 cited sources)
• 84 excerpts found, 10 citations unconfirmed, 423 own-reasoning units
• existing snapshot corpus reclassified 3 empty and 5 sparse windows without rewriting stored files
• numeric residue fell to 4 genuine dated assertions; furniture no longer spends a fix cycle
