Adds a Community RPC Endpoints section to the API endpoints page listing publicly available community-operated RPC nodes for Band Protocol mainnet, alongside a link to the independent RPC latency benchmark.

Node operators, oracle integrators, and dApp developers often need alternative RPC endpoints beyond the official one. The Band Protocol RPC Benchmark on OpenChainBench continuously measures latency, availability and block-height freshness across the listed endpoints from three geographic regions (US East, EU West, AP Southeast).

All benchmark code and YAML specs are open source: https://github.com/ChainBench/OpenChainBench

Friendly bump. Happy to adjust the wording, section, or the linked page if that helps this land. Thanks for your work on this project!
