Summary

Submit a PR to vscode-icons/vscode-icons to add a file icon for patchpulse.json, patchpulse.config.json, and .patchpulserc files.

Why

vscode-icons is another widely used VS Code icon extension. Getting included there gives Patch Pulse icon coverage for a large second audience independently of Material Icon Theme.

Steps

• Review the vscode-icons contribution guidelines
• Prepare SVG in their required format (blocked by Design official Patch Pulse favicon / icon #2)
• Submit PR mapping patchpulse.json / patchpulse.config.json / .patchpulserc to the icon
