Summary

Advance the Bamboo submodule pointer to the merge commit for Bamboo Issue #715 / PR #858, which removes the macOS oversized __eh_frame warning from the monolithic bamboo-server lib-test while preserving DWARF backtraces and downstream release linking behavior.

• Bamboo PR #858 required Test/E2E/Lint and all applicable platform/security checks passed
• Zenith Submodule Guard must validate the exact head before merge
