simple auto handling of .deb and .rpm packages.
- chmod +x installer.sh
- execute installer.sh
Current directory is where the program will be installed. If you move pkg_installer.sh elsewhere ensure to update its exec directory in $HOME/.local/share/applications/pkg_installer.desktop
