AgentBoot v1.1.0: safe uninstall and release hardening

Summary

• add ownership-aware Agent uninstall for npm, pip, offline payloads, CoCo, and custom Agents
• preserve user configuration by default; support explicit CoCo purge
• harden ab command safety, Node/platform checks, script downloads, and runtime integrity
• make online/offline app upgrades transactional with rollback
• add reproducible v1.1.0 online artifacts, SHA-256 sidecars, Pages/Worker updates, and coordinated release workflows
• replace unverified "full offline" claims with CI-verified Codex slim packs and target-platform custom builds

Verification

• 75 Python tests pass locally
• Python compile, POSIX shell syntax, Worker syntax, and actionlint pass
• online tar/zip builds are reproducible and checksum-verified
• Linux x64 Codex offline package completed real isolated install → codex --version → uninstall
• PR release matrix will repeat Linux and Windows native lifecycle checks before merge
