fix(ci): update it based on latest bitcoinfuzz changes - #69

Node.js 20 is deprecated. The following actions target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24: actions/cache/restore@v4, actions/cache/save@v4, actions/checkout@v4, actions/setup-dotnet@v4, actions/setup-go@v5, actions/setup-java@v3, actions/setup-python@v5. setup-java v3 is deprecated and will no longer receive updates. Please migrate to actions/setup-java@v5.
