I want to add the built-in option to make sure the current branch we deploy in the workflows using the
full-service-deployaction are up to date with master.This way, it will be pretty seamless to make all workflows up to date and will avoid having another action to call (which would include duplication since both depend on
checkoutaction)Also adds an option in
check-up-to-dateto define a base branch (in case the base branch is not calledmaster)
