vertical coordinate - linear with height; log with pressure

Hi Brian,
For the plot - Is it possible to update to make a height coordinate in km? Potentially plot log-p and linear-ht for the height coordinate?

That's a good question. For sure this is possible, but I'm not sure what an efficient/correct way to do it is. Should it apply the hypsometric equation first, and then linearly interpolate to evenly spaced levels, or just directly convert from the final levels to some approximate height? Probably the former.
