Description of the change

Publishing v8.1.0 of the javy crate. Publishing v7.1.0 of the javy-plugin-api crate. Releasing v9.1.0 of the Javy CLI.

The big change is stripping source code from the QuickJS bytecode to shrink the size of the produced Wasm modules.

Why am I making this change?

I want to publish these crates and the CLI.
