Wave C: 18→14 packages (tools-code/browser/research folded into agent-core behind subpath exports; ui folded into web; sandbox-contracts deliberately kept standalone), folder-scoped vendor-seam cruiser rules (independently proven firing), env consistency (per-worker schema files; preview-proxy schema centralized + strict), gateway internals (lazy request-scoped db middleware — health checks and pure forwards open no Hyperdrive handle; routePath-derived rate-limit keys for native routes; 1:1 route files; typed context map; SandboxLike methods required), /health/live vs /health/release split, one trycheatcode.com origin constant (PREVIEW_HOSTNAME/CHEATCODE_APP_ORIGIN/CLERK_AUTHORIZED_PARTIES derive; 3 wrangler vars dropped), env cleanup (4 default-restating vars dropped, CLERK_JWT_KEY ghost removed, .env.example synced, 4 empty verify-* action dirs deleted). Note: an incomplete first pass was completed and re-verified — all gates green on the final tree, skills manifest byte-stable.
