feat(theme): reframe the round logo so it isn't cramped - #118

The round logo cut the square icon's framing down to a circle: her hair and bow pressed against the ring and the arc sliced her shoulders, so only a sliver of collar showed. It is now the square framing with a circle 1.12 times its side drawn around it. A new layer (bust-02) draws the same girl down to the waist, so the extra ring shows collar, ribbon and straps instead of empty ground, and she is nudged right so the bow doesn't pull the head off-centre. The favicons keep their size (a smaller face would not read at 16 px) and get the same small nudge right.
