Description
Adds Tailwind to CSS Converter as a focused frontend development resource. It converts common Tailwind CSS utility classes into plain CSS declarations in the browser and flags unsupported classes for manual review.

Additional Notes
I built and maintain All Tools Verse, so this is a maker submission. I tested the live converter with the included sample and confirmed the generated CSS output. The JSON file parses successfully. The production build compiles successfully, then stops during prerender because the repository requires a Supabase URL that is not available in a fork checkout.
