Switches the model from anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-6 to a local ollama/qwen3.6-35b-64k served at http://localhost:11434/v1, and replaces the inline instructions block with a reference to AGENTS.md so the guidance has one home rather than a copy per repo. Applied identically across the workspace. Committed to a branch because it was sitting uncommitted in ~27 clones, which made every one of them skip the ff-only sync and drift silently.
