Layers added during this PR

These sources were present in KYL but absent from the previous GeoLibre
catalogue. They are now included as lazy layers, with the same no-startup-fetch
behavior as the other non-default vectors.

New GeoLibre layer Source and geometry Information available beyond its first map style
Digital Elevation Model dem, raster Elevation surface, terrain range and derived summaries
Rivers river, lines Names/codes, length and related identifiers where supplied
Canals canal, lines Canal/project name, type, purpose, status, command area and length
Facilities and Services Access facilities_proximity, village polygons 131 sampled fields covering distance, nearest-facility identity and in-scope status for education, health, finance, PDS, markets, cooperatives, livestock and agricultural services
Mission Antyodaya Village Indicators (2020) antyodaya_2020, village polygons 225 sampled fields spanning infrastructure, health, sanitation, finance, social protection, livelihoods, irrigation and organic farming
Village Livestock Census livestocks, village polygons Cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat and pig totals by sex, grouped totals and overall livestock
Green Credit Projects green_credit, polygons Division, range, land information and source KML reference
Land Conflicts lcw, points Conflict title, publication date and source link
Industries and CSR factory_csr, points Company, address, location type and classification levels
Mining Sites mining, points Published mining locations where available
