Add candidate_from_external_utxo for externally-provided mandatory inputs. Only standard script types with a statically-known worst-case satisfaction weight are accepted (P2TR key-path, P2WPKH, P2PKH), so a counterparty cannot understate the weight of their input and corrupt fee estimation. Groundwork for PSBT-based collaborative transactions.
Thread external_utxos through propose_coin_selections, propose_drain_selection and create_transaction_from_selection. External outpoints in a selection are resolved from external_utxos and stored as SpendingData::Legacy; the wallet skips them when signing and excludes them from the partial secret. Groundwork for PSBT-based collaborative transactions.
