Create package containing all modules

Would int not be great if there was a main module so that one could di the following eg. pip install d6t or conda install d6t. Then one could use it like so:

from d6t import d6tjoin

I think this would be more user friendly and a unified docs for the full module would aid. in helping to find functionality which can be of interest. Hope is that this could lead to the package becoming more popular. Also I think install via conda should be made available.
