A common setup task for a new developer is to gain access to existing datasets and agent configurations. Currently, each developer environment is self-sufficient and we do not have a central configuration server. Rather than build one, we can make it easy to export a "known good" configuration set to a compressed file, with all secrets encrypted, and import the file on the target environment.
