The base image still uses Ruby 3.4.9, so it does not include the bundled net-imap security fixes shipped in Ruby 3.4.10. This commit updates the shared Ruby version argument to 3.4.10. Both the builder and runtime stages continue to use the same multi-architecture image tag.
