This pull request updates the PowerShell global tool version from 7.6.2 to 7.6.4 across all .NET SDK 10.0 Dockerfiles and updates the associated SHA512 checksums and metadata to match the new version. This ensures that the Docker images use the latest stable PowerShell release and maintain integrity checks.
