Closing: eslint 10 cannot pass CI yet. eslint-config-next (16.3.5, the latest) depends on eslint-plugin-react@^7.37.0, and every published eslint-plugin-react (7.37.5 is the newest) declares a peer range that stops at eslint 9 and calls context.getFilename(), which eslint 10 removed. That is the contextOrFilename.getFilename is not a function failure in the Lint job. eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y and eslint-plugin-import also cap their peer range at eslint 9.

Nothing in this repo can fix that. Once eslint-config-next ships a release whose plugins support eslint 10, run @dependabot unignore this major version (or bump eslint by hand) to pick it up.
