Payment Processing Intern @ PayPal — Summer 2026 (current) Working on settlement systems. Built a Claude-driven observability pipeline that auto-generates Terraform and GraphQL queries for Datadog dashboards.

Machine Learning Engineer @ Zendesk (previous) LLM evaluation and AI infra. Reworked the org's entire custom instructions evaluation methodology into a company-wide standard for agent workflow assessment.
