Sync repo version with npm: 0.3.16 was published on 2026-04-23 but the release workflow's push back to main failed with a GitHub HTTP 500, leaving the repo at 0.3.15 and wedging every release since. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
