This removes the invenio-rdm configuration from pass-docker. It was decided to remove invenio-rdm from pass-docker because it has become outdated and no longer needed for local testing in pass-docker.
I'll open another PR in pass-documentation to remove invenio-rdm from pass-docker docs. eclipse-pass/pass-documentation#76
