Previously, the processstateclient would activate/deactivate supervision based on process state. This PR updates that interface for the new component states, providing an API that only allows for reporting of activation or deactivation.

  • EProcState enum that duplicated ProcessState removed
  • ProcessInfoNode report_state_ callback replaced with interface
  • ProcessStateReceiver and related names renamed to SupervisionControlReceiver
