- ASB: Fix an issue where multiple swaps which started at the same time tried to spend the same Monero outputs (double spend), causing only one to succeeded:
- Construction of Monero lock transctions is spaced out by `5min` by default now. Customize this cooldown via `monero.lock_construction_cooldown_secs`.
- In cases where we have confirmed that the Monero we wanted to send is already spent in another swap the ASB can now rebuild a new Monero transaction.
