Update bookmarks on rename/move operations

Problem

Renaming a file or folder causes the bookmark to point to a non-existing location

It is annoying to rename a file, then suddenly the shortcut for it needs to be remade

Proposal

When renaming from Files, once rename is successful,
a quick check if there is a bookmark pointing to the old name
a bookmark name and path update to point to the new name

ditto probably for move operations

...I could do it when Files-Gtk4 lands, but really not much for touching gtk3 code, or risking something that will be skonched away in the porting efforts

There are possibility situations where the user does not want a bookmark renamed e.g. rename or move a folder to "- OLD" and then recreate a new folder for the bookmark to point at for current work (?) Maybe better for the sidebar to throw a dialog with options to rename, delete or leave alone? I suspect Code will get ported before Files unless someone else want to take it on.

@jeremypw that kind of seems like putting everyone through pain for an edge case. I think I agree with teamcons that it would be nice to make it follow and if someone is doing something odd with shuffling folders they can fairly easily remove the old bookmark and add a new one

That's fine. It just needed to be explicitly raised and rejected.
