Instructions

1. 'code .' into project direcotry
2. In a VS Code terminal, be sure both the below are installed

   pip install jupyter
   pip install notebook

3. run this command and use the browser window

   jupyter notebook

OR

4. try running the first stage in the .ipynb file to establish/spin up a Jupyter Kernnel
