Summary

• promote the completed v1 contract reset and documentation simplification to main
• set the Dune package and runtime engine version to 1.1.0
• update current CLI, strategy-fixture, and issue-template version references
• preserve the reviewed release tree on a linear branch because the original PR contained a historical merge commit that GitHub could not rebase

Test plan

• make check
• make release-check VERSION=1.1.0
• sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS from the generated release directory
• verify the promotion branch tree matches release/1.1.0 exactly
