Recreates #42 (auto-closed when its stacked base branch merged). Part of the accepted CI-standardization RFC (fil-one/RFC#11, merged 2026-07-31): pins ipdxco/unified-github-workflows reusables from the floating @v1.0 tag to commit 63392e9 (v1.0.41); Dependabot keeps the pin current. Original change by @Peeja, rebased onto main after the Dependabot PR landed.
