Publish the two pending maintenance changes as stable 4.0.20: create the release tag on the exact built commit and update the test SDK from 18.10.0 to 18.10.1.
The release starts from current master at v4.0.19. MongoDB.Driver and MongoDB.Bson remain at 3.11.2; library runtime code is unchanged. Merging to master runs the existing build/test/package workflow and publishes the stable NuGet package.
Validation: branch CI passed all 25 tests against MongoDB 8.0; automated review completed on 8fc8d49 with no findings. A local squash-merge simulation on master calculates stable 4.0.20 using GitVersion 6.4.0. The temporary release branch calculates 4.1.0-beta.1 and its publish job is skipped. The two-file diff passes git diff --check.
