May be a solution to #612 but I think they were requesting to toggle each highlight per-channel, rather than all highlights per-channel, and this PR does the latter because it is simpler to use. |

Adds the ability to disable notifications per channel, either from the
top-right -> Channelmenu or theManage channelsmenu.This controls only Android notifications, it does not change whether highlights appear the channel or in the mentions tab.
