Technical Project Manager | Delivery & Release Management | AI/ML Systems

I work where project leadership meets software delivery: shaping requirements, managing scope and dependencies, coordinating releases, and verifying that technical products are ready to ship. My projects show how I turn delivery and product problems into working, reviewable systems while remaining accountable for scope, trade-offs, verification, and release readiness.

Professionally, I coordinate delivery across four feature teams (~40 people) and production releases. My GitHub projects are public proof of work around release management, delivery flow, AI-enabled decision support, and technical product delivery.

Flagship projects

Evidence-backed Go/No-Go decision support for Release Managers and Technical Project Managers. It reconciles GitHub scope, pull requests, CI, blockers, operational actions, migrations, and back-merges into a deterministic, evidence-linked readiness assessment.

My role: problem framing, MVP scope, product and technical decisions, acceptance criteria, release policy, verification, and release management.

Product case · Try in five minutes · Release v0.1.0

An evidence-grounded AI agent for continuous Kanban delivery health and management attention. It compares Jira and Kaiten snapshots over time, detects flow changes, blockers, dependencies, and risks, retrieves delivery policies through RAG, and recommends bounded management actions with traceable evidence.

My role: problem framing, MVP scope, delivery-domain modeling, source-adapter boundaries, agent and tool contracts, RAG architecture decisions, evaluation criteria, acceptance criteria, verification, and release management.

Product case · Credential-free demo · Release v0.1.0

Supporting project

A privacy-first personal finance product that uses Telegram for low-friction capture and a React dashboard for review and correction. The case demonstrates JTBD framing, MVP prioritization, explicit trade-offs, privacy constraints, and delivery verification.

My role: product problem framing, requirements, prioritization, technical product decisions, acceptance criteria, verification, and release management.

Repository · Product case

AI-assisted development: These projects use AI coding agents for implementation. I own specifications, scope, product and architecture decisions, acceptance criteria, verification, and release readiness.

Areas I work with

Delivery Management · Kanban / Flow Management · Release Management · Risk & Dependency Management · AI/ML Systems · LLM · RAG · AI Agents · SDLC · CI/CD

Beyond GitHub

I teach IT Project Management at HSE University.
