Add the following variables:
@client|@instance|@ClientName|@instanceName|@accountid|@AccountPerspective|@AccountDbUser|@accountname|@accountemail
This way, they are in line with the reporting engine and a user can copy and paste the statements between a report query and pgweb.
We might also consider to add @FolderName even though it makes no sense (yet) to add this to pgweb, but just to be compatible. Default value would be the root node.
