I added the url to the
driver()function. The driver function loops over the submitted forecast files, and for each one it now readsurlalongside the other fields (organization,modeletc.). Then puts it into theteam_forecastdictionary that gets written out as the processed forecast set.The field is optional. If there is a missing url,
driver()gives itnull.Closes issue #254
