Summary

  • instrument the existing monolithic Linux race suite for a controlled three-attempt baseline
  • split validation and race work only after the baseline is captured
  • preserve race coverage, Windows checks, and reusable release gating

Current checkpoint

This draft currently contains the measurement-only checkpoint for ticket 01. Do not merge until the post-sharding comparison and safety verification are complete.
